Leading Insurance Company - A large Indian Bank entered into General Insurance segment. Pegasus HR was instrumental in hiring the CXO & entire corporate team for them. The target segment was General Insurance sector which was largely government owned in India. The biggest challenge was to convince people to move from government sector to private sector. Pegasus HR was successful in hiring the entire CXO & corporate team along with a team of approximately 100 + candidates across regions.
Leading international Oil & Gas Company - A leading international Oil & Gas company ventured into the Retail Petrol segment in India. Pegasus HR was instrumental in hiring a team not only from technical oil & gas segment but also hired the entire team for retail petrol pumps, food courts & mom & pop shops which were a part of the petrol pumps.
Leading US Company into Life Insurance Sector - In the year 2000, when Indian government allowed FDI in insurance sector, a large US insurance company entered into a joint venture with an Indian bank. Pegasus HR was responsible not only for setting up their corporate team but also the regional team across functions for them. A team of approximately 110+ employees were hired by Pegasus HR.
US Based Fortune 100 FMCG Company - A US Leading brand which was setting up their FMCG business needed to hire a multifunctional taskforce to kick start their business in India. The team was to be hired across geographies & functions like Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Finance, etc. Pegasus HR provided a focused & targeted solution & hired over 80 professionals within the stipulated time period.
Leading Indian Consumer Products Company - Pegasus HR was instrumental in hiring the entire R&D team when a large Indian consumer product company decided to expand their business into Personal Products category. Pegasus HR hired a team of 20+ R&D team which included the Head of R&D , R&D heads for various categories, Chief Scientists & Chemists.
